Mark 9:30-37 - I'm Awesome! ... Right?

The disciples are arguing about who is the greatest; does't that seem awful just after Jesus told them that he was about to die? How could the disciples be so inconsiderate towards someone that they love so much? They are very narcissistic. We really can't get too made at them though because how often do we place ourselves above God? How often do we worry more about ourselves than what God wants for this world? We need to follow Jesus by learning to be a servant and we should stop seeking power.
