The Alpine crossing from Oberstdorf to Merano/Vernagt is the most frequently hiked section of the E5 long-distance hiking trail. I wanted to hike the six stages entirely on foot in six days, without using any aids such as cable cars, buses, or backpack transport. I show the first stages here in the video.
