------------------------------------------------------------------------- SUBSCRIBE / LIKE / SHARE -------------------------------------------------------------------------- #pistonbikers #italika #mechanics ------------------------------------------------------------------------- ITALIKA DM-200 TURNS OFF EVERY 3 MIN AND DOESN'T CHARGE In this video we show you how we diagnosed this Italika DM-200 motorcycle, which the owner tells us that the motorcycle starts normally but after 3 minutes of riding the motorcycle turns off and no longer wants to start and has also had charging problems since sometimes it charges normally and other times it doesn't charge, so we started by checking the motorcycle and it turns out that there was no light when opening the switch, so we checked the fuse and it had a false contact and that explains why sometimes it charges and sometimes it doesn't, once that issue was repaired, we moved on to check why the motorcycle turns off and we discovered that the motorcycle had no spark, so when tracing the fault we came to the conclusion that the high coil was the problem because the cable and the cap had no continuity and resistance, and after changing those 2 parts, the motorcycle started working normally.
