Car Catastrophe

The plaintiff traded his expensive watch for the defendant’s car. He went to register the car but was told he couldn’t because there was a problem with the title. He says the defendant won’t give the watch back, so he’s suing. The defendant says he signed the title in the wrong place and he agreed to go to the DMV to fix it, but the plaintiff got impatient.
