Gymnast goes to PHYSIOTHERAPY for the first time! Hamstring tendonitis :(

Since March my hamstrings have been hurting a lot, so I went to the doctor. She said I had a glute strain and recommended physio, but the physiotherapist said it was hamstring tendonitis. It's kept me from training almost all of my skills in gymnastics, so hopefully it gets better soon! Please note that youtube has disabled comments!
