Law and Mental Health: Ethical and Professional Considerations in work on "high profile" cases - Kevin Richards, Ph.D., ABPP Kevin J. Richards, Ph.D., ABPP is board certified in forensic psychology. He previously served as a forensic psychologist in the state mental health systems of Maryland and Georgia. Dr. Richards has held adjunct teaching and training positions at several colleges and universities and provides training for mental health and legal professionals on a range of psycholegal topics. He is a member of the Georgia Psychological Association Ethics Committee. Dr. Richards owns and operates a forensic consultation and evaluation. Learning Objectives: 1.
