COMO FAZER VINHO CASEIRO #ARTESANAL DO COMEÇO AO FIM

In this video, I'm showing you how to make homemade wine from start to finish. I used Isabel grapes. I used a bucket, a sieve, a small hose, corks, and bottles. I crush the grapes and let them ferment for 5 days, turning them three times a day for three days, and then resting for two days. I make the first pass and leave them to decarbonize for 40 days. Using a small hose passing through a cork, I draw the air from inside the glass into a small bottle of water to decarbonize. I make the second pass and follow the same process for 30 days. After 30 days, I pass them again and can bottle them or continue the process until complete decarbonization is complete. I bottle them, put the cork in with a sealer, and that's it. More details can be found in the video. You can request information in the comments on the video on the channel.
