Hello, welcome back to my channel 🌿 I'm Yuka, a working mom of two living in the Japanese countryside. My husband Jin is from Taiwan and works from home. On weekdays I work as a physical therapist at a care facility for people with disabilities. Once a week, I also work an overnight care shift there — helping the residents with their daily care like bathing, meals, and rehab. It's a 13-hour shift (with a short break), from 4 PM to 9 AM. This video is what my day looks like after I come home — slowing down, resting, and spending time with my family and Emma.
