It pairs perfectly with hot rice, dosa, idli, neer dosa, and rotti. ✨ Health Benefits ✔ Brain-Boosting Traditional Recipe ✔ Rich in Vitamins A, C, E & K ✔ Supports Memory & Concentration ✔ Cooling & Nutritious ✔ Rich in Iron & Calcium ✔ Natural Herbal Goodness Ingredients : 1 cup Brahmi leaves (Karano/Thimare/Ondelaga leaves) ½ cup fresh grated coconut 2 tbsp boiled rice 1 tbsp chana dal 1 tbsp urad dal 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 green chilies 2 dry red chilies 4 garlic cloves 1 and half tbsp jaggery powder Small piece tamarind Salt to taste Water as required Step –by- Step Recipe : Roast chana dal, urad dal, and cumin seeds until golden and aromatic. Roast dry red chilies lightly. Allow the roasted ingredients to cool. Grind Brahmi leaves, grated coconut, boiled rice, roasted chana dal, urad dal, cumin seeds, green chilies, dry red chilies, jaggery powder, tamarind, and salt into a coarse chutney. Add a little water as needed to achieve the desired consistency. Serve with hot rice, dosa, neer dosa, idli, or rotti.
