This hearty soup is packed with protein, vitamins, and flavor—perfect for lunch, dinner, or a cozy meal any time of the day. 🥣 Ingredients: Boiled shredded chicken Egg Sweet corn Onion Garlic Ginger Green chili Carrot Bell pepper (Capsicum) Broccoli Mushrooms Green beans Chicken stock or broth Garam masala Coriander powder Black pepper Salt Mixed herbs (optional) Cornflour slurry (optional, for a thicker soup) 🥣 Healthy Chicken & Vegetable Soup Recipe – Process Boil the Chicken:Boil chicken with a little salt until fully cooked.Shred the chicken and set aside. Reserve the chicken stock for the soup. Prepare the Vegetables Chop onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, carrot, broccoli, mushrooms, bell pepper (capsicum), green beans, and sweet corn.Sauté the AromaticsHeat 1–2 tbsp oil in a pot.Sauté the onion until soft.Add garlic, ginger, and green chili. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.Cook the VegetablesAdd carrot, green beans, broccoli, mushrooms, bell pepper, and sweet corn. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes.
