Introducing "Shiso Miso," a versatile condiment made with miso infused with the aromas of garlic and ginger, and generously mixed with shiso leaves. It's sugar-free, yet so delicious you won't be able to stop eating it when you put it on rice. It's also a great recipe for using up a lot of shiso leaves, perfect when you have a harvest of them. This excellent condiment can be kept on hand, offering appetite-stimulating, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties. It's fantastic with rice, and we also recommend trying it on cucumbers (like morokyu) or grilled fish. We'll also share a tip for making it significantly more delicious with just a little extra effort. Please give it a try! [Ingredients] Shiso leaves: 30 leaves (approx. 30g) Miso: 5 tbsp Sake: 3 tbsp Mirin: 3 tbsp Honey (optional): 2 tsp Garlic: 1 clove Ginger: approx. 10g Ground sesame seeds: 2 tbsp Sesame oil: 1 tbsp Storage guideline: Refrigerate for about 3 weeks, freeze for about 1 month For detailed instructions and tips, please watch the video.
