Today is my first day in La Paz, Bolivia, after taking the overnight bus from Cusco, Peru. This vlog is a relaxed first impressions of La Paz, exploring the city, seeing what it feels like on arrival, and starting the Bolivia chapter of my South America travel series. I arrived in La Paz during Labour Day, which meant much of the city was closed and the day was quieter than expected. Even though it was not the most action-packed day, it gave me a chance to experience the atmosphere, streets, altitude, and first feeling of Bolivia’s capital region.
