🙏抱歉本片因音樂版權問題須切換音樂而導致影片原聲消失🙏Apologies, due to copyright issues, the original soundtrack of this video has been replaced with different music, resulting in the loss of the original audio. 🟢材料： 雞翼 500克 蜜糖 1.5湯匙 薑片 適量 紹興酒 1湯匙 生抽 1湯匙 老抽 1/2湯匙 熱水 半杯 🟢步驟： 1️⃣ 雞翼洗淨吸乾水，薑片煎至微黃取出備用。 2️⃣ 下雞翼煎至兩面金黃，放回薑片。 3️⃣ 灒入紹興酒、生抽、老抽、半杯熱水煮4~5分鐘，收汁收後轉小火下蜜糖，或關火下蜜糖拌勻上碟。 🟢Ingredients: Chicken wings - 500 grams Honey - 1.5 tablespoons Ginger slices - as needed Shaoxing wine - 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce - 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce - 1/2 tablespoon Hot water - 1/2 cup 🟢Cooking Directions: 1️⃣ Wash and pat dry the chicken wings. Pan-fry ginger slices until lightly browned and set aside. 2️⃣ Pan-fry the chicken wings until golden brown on both sides. Add back the ginger slices. 3️⃣ Add Shaoxing wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and half a cup of hot water. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the sauce is reduced. Turn down the heat, add the honey, or turn off the heat and add the honey. Stir until the honey is evenly mixed with the sauce.
