🟢材料: 想看精華版?Shorts 在這 👉    • These Oyster Sauce Chicken Wings Got 680K ...   雞翼 1公斤 薑、蔥、蒜頭 適量 蠔油 2湯匙 紹興酒 1湯匙 生抽 1湯匙 老抽 1湯匙 糖 1湯匙 熱水 100毫升 🟢做法: 1️⃣ 雞翼洗淨吸乾水,蒜頭略拍,薑切片,蔥分開蔥白蔥綠切段備用。 2️⃣ 熱鍋下油,下雞翼煎至兩面微黃,下薑片、蒜頭和蔥白爆香。 3️⃣ 加入1湯匙紹興酒、1湯匙生抽、1湯匙老抽、2湯匙蠔油、1湯匙糖、100毫升熱水,中火炆8分鐘,收汁及撒上蔥段出鍋。 🟢Ingredients: Chicken wings – 1 kg Ginger – as needed Spring onion (scallion) – as needed Garlic – as needed Oyster sauce – 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine – 1 tbsp Light soy sauce – 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce – 1 tbsp Sugar – 1 tbsp Hot water – 100 ml 🟢Cooking Directions: 1️⃣ Wash the chicken wings and pat them dry. Lightly smash the garlic. Slice the ginger. Separate the white and green parts of the spring onion and set aside. 2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan. Pan-fry the chicken wings until lightly golden on both sides. Add the ginger slices, garlic, and spring onion whites, and sauté until fragrant. 3️⃣ Add Shaoxing wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and 100 ml of hot water. Braise over medium heat for about 8 minutes.
