Discus Launch Glider (DLG) transmitter setup.
These are MY settings. I don't claim that they are the best or even good, it is just what works for me. I have never flown in a DLG competition. I have never even seen anyone else fly a DLG in person. That said I have been flying this plane for 6 years and manage to ride at least a couple thermals to 400 feet almost every time I go out.
