Frühling in Bad Schönborn

We showcase beautiful and scenic routes through Germany. In 2025, we traveled by motorhome, discovering landscapes, small towns, and unique experiences off the beaten track. Bad Schönborn is the gateway to the Kraichgau region – the land of 1,000 hills. The municipality of Bad Schönborn was formed in 1972 during the regional reform from the two former municipalities of Bad Langenbrücken and Bad Mingolsheim. The first sulfur bath was built in 1766. Further drilling took place in 1824, 1905, 1920, and 1970. In 1975, the new thermal baths in Bad Mingolsheim were built, complete with a spa park. This report showcases historical and noteworthy sights in both towns. This video is part of our journey through Germany.
