I’ll walk you through how this simple flow awakens your life force energy (qi) by activating the body’s five energy gates — the Bubbling Spring points in your feet, the Lao Gong points in your palms, and the Bai Hui point at the crown of your head. These create a full-body energy circuit that links heaven and earth, helping you release tension, balance your nervous system, and feel calm, clear, and centered.
