Diddy Kong Racing DS - Jungle Falls (with N64 Soundfont)
I personally don't like it nearly as much as the n64's, but it is a catchy little tune in it's own right. I'm aware that the vocals would sound a smidge more compressed if it was on actual n64 tech, but I wasn't sure how to get it sounding just right. I guess it's more like "How you remember n64 music vs how it actually sounds". I doubt anyone cares though, so enjoy the bop regardless!
