九州百名山　井原山　水無登山口　初心者も安心

This is a record of a climb undertaken by our company's mountaineering club. This team, a mix of beginners and veterans, is a lively bunch of talkative older guys. For this beginners' hike, we chose Mt. Iwarayama, a challenging climb. Mt. Iwara, the second highest in the Sefuri mountain range at 983 meters, is known as a famous flowering peak and is known for its rich vegetation. The pink Kobanomitsuba azalea, which is at its best around Golden Week, and the orange colonies of Ootsune no Kasorobi (Japanese raspberry) around late July are spectacular sights that attract many visitors every year. From the summit of Mt. Iwara, you can enjoy a 360-degree view, including the majestic Sefuri mountain range, including Mt. Sefuri, Mt. Kanayama, and Mt. Kaminari, as well as the sparkling blue Genkai Sea. On the Fukuoka side, there are trails to the summit, from the Mizunashi trailhead, which takes you directly to the summit, and the Zuibaiji trailhead via Anno Falls.
