Today was one of those super productive days where I got so much done around the house! As a mom of 5, I’m always prepping for our weekly get-together, so I made dinner ahead of time (super quick, easy, and absolutely delicious), and baked TWO of my all-time favorite desserts! First up, my famous chocolate chip cookies that everyone raves about—they’re the best you’ll ever taste, I promise! Then, I whipped up some simple and scrumptious strawberry shortcake bars, perfect for spring and summer! But that’s not all—I did a serious cleaning session! From giving the bathrooms a quick refresh and lighting candles for a cozy atmosphere to tackling the laundry (you know, I had to clear out the laundry room because everyone’s bound to walk in and judge me, haha), I made sure the house was ready for our guests. I also deep cleaned the kitchen, tidied up the living room, and made everything feel fresh and welcoming.
