Living in Japan at 50: Why I've Been Struggling + Kitchen Update

While waiting for the final pieces of my kitchen renovation, I've been dealing with something I didn't expect. I've experienced changes in my skin, energy levels and overall wellbeing that left me searching for answers. After trying everything I could think of, I finally visited a women's clinic here in Japan and began learning more about menopause, hormones and what happens as our bodies change with age. In this video, I'm sharing a kitchen update, some time in the garden with Millie, and a personal conversation about health, aging, and the importance of women supporting one another through life's transitions. If you're navigating menopause, perimenopause, hormone changes, rosacea, skin issues, or simply trying to build a meaningful life after 50, I hope this video reminds you that you're not alone. ✨ In this video: • Japanese kitchen renovation update • Living in Japan at 50 • Menopause and hormone discussions • Rosacea and skin flare-ups • Women's health in Japan • HRT and natural approaches • Garden and home updates • Life with Millie the Ragdoll cat • Reflections on aging, health and resilience Thank you for being part of this journey.
