Overview of a 1949 Packard Deluxe Eight, 23rd Series. This is a rough rescue car. I intend to get it running, safe, and road worthy. I do not plan to do a full restoration at this time. I hope to record much of the process and get some videos out there to help others. I also want to see how much money it actually takes to get a car from this condition back to road-worthy.
