Thank you for your support! HQ as in higher quality. Compare it to what’s been there. I prefer to upscale and not stretch it unreasonably to 1080p like some. It’s 1278 x 718 so YouTube sets it 480p in their settings. But streams at 718p. YouTube reads it as 480p in fact it’s higher but not at 720 yet.
