Ingredients: 2 2/3 lbs of Lobster = 1200 grams of Lobster 1 1/5 CUP of Sea salt = 300 grams of Sea salt 2 2/3 tablespoons of Lemongrass root 4 tablespoons of lime juice 4 tablespoons of fish sauce 1/2 tablespoon of parsley 3 1/3 tablespoons of Chili 3 1/3 tablespoons of Garlic 1 1/2 tablespoons of Palm sugar We take 20 minutes to bake. Every 10 minutes we turn it on once.
