In this workout, our exercise team is joined by Coast Guard personnel as they finish a training mission. ❇️ Warm Up - full body warm-up. ❇️ Cardio circuits to raise the heart rate and help you burn fat. ❇️ Toning segment concentrates on 3 areas of the shoulders with light hand weights.
