Airy dough, juicy filling, and a crispy, golden-brown crust—that's what real homemade pies should be. They're incredibly easy to make, and the results are simply amazing! Ingredients: For the dough: Flour #TSESNA — 500–550 g Warm water — 250 ml Eggs — 2 Dry instant yeast — 7 g Sugar — 1 tsp Salt — 1 tsp Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp For the filling: Boiled eggs — 5 Green onions — 1 large bunch Salt — to taste Ground black pepper — to taste For frying: Vegetable oil — 250–300 ml Directions: Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the dry yeast, sugar, salt, and warm water. Mix well. Gradually add the flour, kneading the dough. When the mixture thickens, add the vegetable oil and continue kneading. Add a little more flour if necessary. Knead the dough for 3–5 minutes until soft and elastic, then cover and let rest for about 10 minutes. While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs or mash them with an egg slicer. Finely chop the green onions, add them to the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll into balls. Roll each into a small flatbread and let rise for 1-2 minutes. Place a generous spoonful of filling in the center of each flatbread, pinch the edges tightly, and form into a pie. Heat vegetable oil over medium-low heat. Place the pies, seam-side down, and fry on both sides until golden brown. Transfer the cooked pies to a paper towel to remove excess oil and serve hot or warm.
