Remake It! Jigglypuff's Smash Moveset

This is Remake It! Where we take another look at characters in Smash Bros. whose fighter designs have aged poorly, wandered too far out-of-character, or could otherwise benefit from a revisit, then theorycraft what a reworked and improved version of their moveset, playstyle, and other details might look like! Up this time is the odd one out among Smash's original twelve. Sneaking into the first game by being in the right place at the right time (and being easy to make), Jigglypuff has maintained a perfect attendance record despite almost getting cut multiple times. And that unsteady ground has made it hard to predict the Puff's situation for the next Smash title, especially if said title has a smaller roster. But what if Jigglypuff defied the odds, not only sticking around again, but getting a full rework as well? The right adjustments could bring in source material the line gained in the Pokémon games that Smash has neglected (including the entire Fairy type), shore up some of the design's rough spots, and make this character more up-to-date and capable than before while keeping the unusual playstyle and off-beat charm intact.
