We're back with another great new Blether, this time with Whisky Distiller Guillaume Brunet. A passionate spirits maker with hands-on experience in whisky, cognac, and wine covering vineyards in Provence to distilleries in Peru, Cognac, and Scotland, Guillaume has led distillation, blending, and quality control for both craft and heritage houses. Always eager to push flavour boundaries, he now finds himself at the helm of Scotland's first wood-fired distillery in two centuries - The Moffat Distillery.
