Paul has been a main man in bringing Ardnahoe Distillery to life, since it's inaugural release in 2024, things keep going from strength to strength. Of course, Ardnahoe is owned by Hunter Laing, a phenomenal Independent Bottlers with a range of exceptional single malts, including one of Mike's picks at the recent Indy Spirits Festival, a 23 year old Pittyvaich.
