Cómo preparar Batching en coctelería. Producción de cocktails a gran escala.

Batch making means preparing the same cocktail on a large scale. If you have an event, guests, or simply want to prepare your favorite cocktail in advance and have it ready for several days… this is the best way to do it. 🔘 TIPS: ▫️Never add carbonated or fizzy drinks. Add these when you're pouring the cocktail into the glass. ▫️Decide whether the batch will include water or not. You have two options: add water, or the chilling technique you use (stir, shake, etc.) will automatically add water through the dilution of the ice. ▫️How to calculate the water ratio? There's a process. You would have to calculate the total amount of a cocktail before and after making it. The difference in measurements is the amount of water added during the process. Multiply this by the number of cocktails you're batching and add the required amount of mineral water. ▫️Be careful when making a batch with intensely aromatic spirits like bitters, as they will intensify and result in strong flavors. It's best to use half the amount you normally would and adjust the quantity when serving. 📌 BATCH FOR 10 NEGRONIS: In this batch, we don't add the dilution water. 🔘 YOU WILL NEED: ▫️Scales ▫️Empty bottle 🔘 WHAT TO DO? ▫️Multiply all the ingredients separately by the number of batches you want to make. In this case, we'll make 10 Negronis, so we'll multiply by 10. In this case, it would be: ▫️300ml of mezcal ▫️300ml of vermouth ▫️250ml of Campari ▫️50ml of banana syrup ▫️Pour it into the refrigerator 🔘 HOW TO PREPARE A NEGRONI FROM YOUR BATCH: ▫️In an On the Rocks glass ▫️Add ice cubes to the glass ▫️Add 90ml of the batch ▫️Stir gently ▫️Release the aroma from an orange peel and drop it into the glass ❤️ We hope you like it, and if you try it, we'd love to see your photos of the process on Instagram and Facebook.
