We'll show you 3 types of peels to create a professional, refined, elegant, and perfect garnish. 🔘 WHAT YOU NEED ▫️A good peeler ▫️Perfect fruit without blemishes or bruises ▫️Hold the peel firmly with your fingers tucked in, supporting the fruit. ▫️Go from end to end to use the whole fruit. ▫️As you peel, make sure the peel is firmly inserted to remove some thickness from the peel. ▫️The white pith will give the garnish rigidity in this case. ▫️We'll cut the lime lengthwise since it's a smaller fruit than an orange. ▫️Cut as Luis Inchaurraga shows in the video... pay attention 👀 Let's get started on the cocktail to practice garnishing: 📌 MANGO AND CHILI MARGARITA: ▫️Chip a glass with ice. ▫️30 ml Tequila Jalisco Reposado 100% Blue Agave ▫️22.5 ml Charly’s Triple Sec ▫️10 ml Sanz Cocktails Chili Syrup ▫️30 ml Lime Juice ▫️30 ml Mango Purée ▫️Give it a good shake. ▫️Discard the ice from the chilled glass. ▫️Double strain. ▫️For garnish: add a lime peel cut into a cat's eye shape.
