Meine Stretching-Routine als Tänzerin | aka Dehnungs-Hacks für SPAGAT, hohe Beine etc. ;)

This is not a guided stretching tutorial in the classic sense - I will simply take you along with me in my stretching routine 😊 if you try something, please warm up sufficiently and do not overwhelm your body! At the end of the training I recommend to keep stretching for at least 20 seconds and then deepen it again. If you stretch during a workout, then only a few seconds per stretch! This stretching routine is not complete. There is no stretch for the back and shoulders, which I omitted due to time constraints and the length of the video. In general, I also recommend - especially for beginners: Flow Yoga Classes! So you can be really super healthy and organically more flexible!
