Because here in Russia, we use immunoglobulin drips without any problems, thank God. You understand, we don't have that nonsense like in Europe, where they can practically use nothing. And the hematologist prescribed Clexane. I wouldn't rush Clexane here, because let the pregnancy occur, and then we'll decide on heparin medications. Because with obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome, these heparins sometimes slightly worsen the prognosis. But on the other hand, if IVF is going on and there's a fantastic, very high hormonal load, then we prescribe Clexane in such cases. So, I can't say about Clexane just from a distance. But if aspirin and plaquenil are used, the chances are very slim. Without aspirin and Plaquenil, things will get much worse. If the hematologist only prescribes Clexane, it's useless.
