Today Tanner Miller took a look at the Lot of 18 untested broken cracked iPod Touch he got from eBay. All are not iCloud locked, or FMI OFF, because the iPod Touch 4 and earlier are from before activation lock feature came out. Some were cracked, some even looked badly smashed, some had water damage, and some had bad power buttons or bad home buttons or volume buttons or other issues.
