Civ5 VP 5.1 game 013 Inca Platinum pt9 Thebes round 2

part9 I notice that Korea is getting close to Tourism victory. I should start saving GEngineers for Spaceship parts in the future. Overall, fighting Rome is a waste of time. Rome wants to fight and Thebes isn't well defended. If I was more diligent, I would have had Bombers in position and a Citadel. I could have used a Paratrooper to snipe some Citadels. Why aren't Bombers normally 7 range? They should be. The upcoming change to late game boats should be nice: Dreadnoughts getting Indirect Fire (1 unit level earlier), Battleships getting 3 range (+1).
