Making Mango Cheesecake with My Husband!

Well, we did it. We made a mango cheesecake… and nearly destroyed the kitchen in the process. 🍰😅 The sous chef (aka my husband Sagar) was right there with me through the chaos. We followed Shivesh’s recipe… Spoiler: We may have added a bit too much butter. 🤦‍♀️ So, if you try this, use a little less butter than we did – your taste buds will thank you. Here’s the recipe for our mango madness: 20-25 biscuits (crushed) 3/4 cup melted butter (trust me, use less butter than we did) 175 grams cream cheese (1 + 1/2 cups) 1 cup mango puree 1 + 1/2 cups whipped cream Mango jelly for topping We were all over the place, but in the end, the cheesecake actually turned out pretty good. 🍰🎉 Oh, and don’t even think about cheating and not subscribing.
