Grain to Glass ep1: All Grain Pale Ale with SNUB NOSE Fermenter

Come along for the ride as I take on a full brew day to make a pale ale! I’m not an expert brewer by any means... just a guy giving it a go, making mistakes, and having a laugh along the way. This video’s got everything: The Prep: Milling grain and whipping up a yeast starter (or at least trying to). The Brew Day Chaos: Mashing, boiling, and winging it as I go. The Finish: Fermentation, kegging, and that all-important first sip straight from the tap. Things don’t always go to plan... but hey, that’s half the fun! If you’re into brewing; grab a drink, kick back, and enjoy the day with me. Cheers, and don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe if you want to see more brews and (probably) more mishaps! 🍻 Chapters: 00:44 yeast starter 02:52 24 hrs yeast starter 03:44 milling grain 05:16 grains recipe 06:20 brfew day starting: mashing in 09:58 30 mins in to mash 12:01 pre boil gravity 12:57 boil additions gameplan 13:50 boil 14:40 30g olicana boil 16:10 30g olicana boil 17:08 1.038 OG 17:35 blocked pump 18:01 gameplan 18:25 gameplan changed 20:16 6am next morning of brew day 20:40 Snub Nose unpacking and setup 21:20 aerating wort to snub nose 22:02 "dry hop" plan 22:16 zippy boi 22:50 dry hop loaded 23:25 why the pump was blocked.. hops 23:48 yeast pitch plan 24:48 yeast pitch 24:54 12 hrs after pitch 25:26 3 days after pitch 25:45 7 days after yeast pitch dry hop 26:28 decarbonated FG 1.002 26:44 cold crash 27:24 kegging time and plan 29:05 filling keg 31:11 credits
