Cycling around Eryri / Snowdonia is amongst the best places to go cycling in the UK. Utterly stunning views paired with epic challenging climbs. I cycled up the brutal Bwlch Y Groes (Hellfire Pass) and the less brutal but not easy Hirnant Pass.
