To make it more enjoyable, I met up with my friend Víctor and we headed to the trails of Dílar, one of those places where you always feel like running. The workout consisted of four 5-minute blocks of uphill running at a controlled intensity, followed by 5 minutes of downhill running focused on maintaining a good pace and technique. Between one thing and another, I ended up covering 17 kilometers, 435 meters of elevation gain, and spending almost 1 hour and 44 minutes enjoying the mountains.
