You've asked for it and here is Part 1 of Making Buzz Lightyear cosplay. This week we look at how to make the gauntlets, gloves and upper arm parts of the Buzz Lightyear cosplay. Disclaimer, this is more of a how we made it documentation than a how you should make it. We were learning all the time making this costume as it was the first ever big build we made. There are lots of things we would not do now that we did here but have been asked by so many people how we made the cosplay so here it is!
