In 1995, Thinkway Toys went to intergalactic heights to create an enormous amount of merchandise at launch! With tandem efforts from Playskool (Mr Potato Head) and James Industries (Slinky Dog), an unforgettable collectible cast was available at retail and in all sizes! Unfortunately for parents the toys just couldn't stay on the shelves! Why did a small Toronto toy company get the rights to produce Toy Story figures instead of one of the household toy behemoths? What unlikely restaurant would coincidentally come to the rescue after Thinkway's toys were sold out?
