Thanks ItsMarker for motivating me to play this level again. Originally, I just wanted to beat his run with the starting strat that saved probably close to half a second, but that turned into going for a fast two-settle clip when getting Match over the wall the first time, and then adding in the other one for the second time. That made the IL very difficult, so I tracked my progress and compiled that into this video here.
