Multiply or Release + Upgrades #9 - Territory War

In Multiply or Release the goal is to destroy all enemy bases and capture all territories to win. Normal bullets (Circle Shape) have a 1% chance to merge when 2 of the same color are overlapping. The merging combines their damage. The longer someone is shooting (without resetting) the more shots are consumed to increase the damage of the bullets. Lasers deal more damage every time it shoots and has a 2x higher damage to enemy squares (not bases).
