🌶️Introducing authentic chili con carne that can be made in 30 minutes! 🛒It can be made using only ingredients from the supermarket, yet is full of flavor and a little spicy. It goes well with rice, making it a dish that the whole family will enjoy. 🍖The richness of the minced meat and the volume of the beans will leave you feeling very satisfied. It's also a great recipe to make in advance! 🍽️【Ingredients (serves 4)】 500g ground beef (or ground beef) 1 tbsp salad oil 1 onion (minced) 2 cloves garlic (minced) 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tbsp paprika powder 1 tsp cumin powder 2 tbsp tomato paste (2 Kagome packs) 800g canned tomatoes (coarsely strained) 200ml water 2 small cans of mixed beans (or kidney beans) 240g 1 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste) 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste) 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or your favorite vinegar) Black pepper (ground about 20 times) Sour cream (for finishing) 1 long green onion (for finishing) 📝【Procedure】 1. Heat a pot over medium-high heat, add salad oil and add the ground beef. Fry for about 10 minutes until well browned. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. 2. While frying the meat, finely chop the onion. Finely chop the garlic as well. 3. When the meat is browned, add the onion and fry for about 5 minutes. 4. Add the garlic, chili powder, paprika powder, and cumin powder and fry for about 1 minute until fragrant. 5. Add the tomato paste and mix well. 6. Add the can of tomatoes, add half the water to each empty can (200ml in total), and add the tomatoes to the pot while rinsing them. 7. Add the washed beans, turn the heat to high and bring to a boil. 8. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to evaporate some of the water and concentrate the flavor. 9. While simmering, finely chop the spring onions to finish off the dish. 10. After 10 minutes, check the amount of water and consistency in the pot, and adjust to your desired thickness. 11. Taste, and adjust seasoning with salt, black pepper, vinegar, and sugar. 12. Serve on top of rice, and top with spring onions, sour cream, and melted cheese. Finish!
