These truly are the largest Coconut Crabs in the world! The CNMI and it's government have done an amazing job protecting these crabs so that they can be harvested in a sustainable manner! We had permits to take Coconut Crab on the Island of Pagan, but instead, the Crab I cooked was previously captured on the island of Rota, Froze and then I cooked it once I needed it back on Saipan.
