Raffaello 🤍🏝️ 1 konzerva kondeziranog mlijeka 397g. 50 g maslaca ili margarina 75 g mljevenih blanširanih badema 75 g kokosa Zagrijati kondenzirano mlijeko i maslac i na laganoj vatri uz stalno miješanje kuhati 15 min da se zgusne. Dodati mljevene bademe i kokos. Ja sam bademe kratko i tostirala da bude bogatiji okus, a kokos dodatno usitnila u sjecku. Ohladiti smjesu, oblikovati kuglice, svaku valjati u kokos, ohladiti i uživati. Ja bih ovdje svakako umjesto maslaca koristila margarin i to onaj za kreme sa okusom slatkog vrhnja jer mu je okus neutralan u dozvolit će kokosu u bademu da budu u prvom planu. Također u svaku kuglicu možete utisnuti badem. I naravno da nije prvi a nikako zadnji recept ovog naziva - obožavam svaku varijantu i uvijek iznova me kupe recepti koji obećavaju taj okus… pravog pravcatog… raffaella! . .
