My Long COVID Story Living with Unpredictable Health

The future is unpredictable--most of us have accepted this fact. We cope with uncertainty via various mechanisms ranging from denial to acceptance. However, what if you contract a health condition with an unpredictable nature? Do the same coping mechanisms work? How does one live with a looming health crisis? What if the condition is poorly understood and manifests itself in seemingly personalized symptoms? In this talk, I will detail my experiences living with unpredictable health associated with long COVID. I will share strategies which work and those which don't, and provide some thoughts and ideas of how we can all move forward together to deal with Long COVID in positive ways, despite all the unpredictability.
