This time, we're launching a new series: "Practice with me - 10 minutes." Many students have asked me for simple exercises to practice when they're short on time. Furthermore, having recently launched a new group class for beginners at Bateras Beat, I decided to record a series of practical videos that can be useful to everyone. In this lesson, we'll work on Rebound Strokes, which I've simply called Rebounds. Grab your pad, set the metronome to 105 BPM, and practice with me for 10 minutes. Happy studying! In Dom Famularo's school, there's a very similar concept called Free Stroke, which is the stroke that naturally returns to the starting position thanks to the rebound of the stick.
