In this video, I'm sharing another visit to one of the largest fairs in Tucumán: El Manantial Fair. We begin our tour on the former Route 38, entering the fairgrounds where we see the vast array of food being sold. Then we see everything from fish to electronics, furniture, and more. The most striking aspect of the fair is the wide variety of food available, from locro (a traditional stew), humitas (corn tamales), and empanadas to asado (barbecue), fish, and much more.
