#Indianwomanmustknowtheselaw #leadindialawassociates #law कई अपराध पता नही लग पाते है या फिर रिपोर्ट नही हो पातें हैं सिर्फ इसलिये कि महिलायें अपने अधिकारों से अवगत नहीं होती है. अपराधों की बढ़ती संख्या के खिलाफ लड़ने के लिए यह जरुरी है कि महिलायें अपने कानूनी अधिकारों के बारे में जानती हो. भारतीय संविधान महिलाओं को कई अधिकार प्रदान करता है. जानें कि पुलिस के पास कौन से अधिकार है न्यायालयीन आदेशों के अनुसार, प्रत्येक पुलिस स्टेशन में एक महिला पुलिस अधिकारी (एक हेड कांस्टेबल से नीचे नही होना चाहिए) पूरे समय होना अनिवार्य है. एक महिला कॉन्स्टेबल की अनुपस्थिति में, पुरुष पुलिस अधिकारी द्वारा महिला को गिरफ्तार नहीं किया जा सकता है. सूर्योदय से पहले और सूर्यास्त के बाद एक महिला को गिरफ्तार नहीं किया जा सकता है. पुलिस केवल महिला के निवास पर ही उसकी जांच कर सकती है. एक बलात्कार पीड़िता अपनी पसंद के स्थान पर ही अपना बयान रिकॉर्ड कर सकती है और पीड़िता की चिकित्सा प्रक्रिया केवल सरकारी अस्पताल में ही हो सकती है. सभी महिलाएं मुफ्त कानूनी सहायता का लाभ लेने की हकदार हैं. ...................................
